Return Policy and Procedure

All warranties are handled by Well Flow Products, NOT the manufacturer, and are subject to validation.

Well Flow Products is not responsible for any goods/products damaged in transit. (Please see our Terms of Use, section 18)

In stock items will normally ship within a 48 hour period from time of purchase excluding weekends and holidays.  Additionally, all items are subject to availability. (Please see our Terms of Use, section 18)

Items with a P.O. Box shipping address WILL be subject to verification of authenticity of the purchaser. [Verification will include, but is not limited to: (I) a copy of the purchasers Driver’s License, (II) a copy of the purchaser’s method of payment.]

To return an item, you must send an email to orders@wellflowproducts.com to request an RMA# -(Return Material Authorization). All returns require an RMA# that will be provided by email (if eligible) following receipt by Well Flow Products of a properly complete Return Material Authorization Form. Returns without an RMA# will NOT be processed. All returns are subject to authorization and approval by Well Flow Products.

Shipping Policy

‘Free Shipping’ applies only to addresses located within the continental United States (lower 48).

Standard Ground or US Postal Service are the only current method available for ‘Free Shipping.’  Well Flow Products reservses the right to choose any shipper when providing ‘Free Shipping.’  The customer does not have the right to choose the shipper when using Well Flow Products ‘Free Shipping’ service.

At this time, we use FedEx & US Postal Service for shipping, however, Well Flow Products reserves its right at any time to use a different shipping company in its sole discretion.

Products cannot be shipped to incomplete addresses.

Well Flow Products does not offer gift packaging at this time.

Damaged Goods: Well Flow Products must be notified within five (5) business days of delivery of any goods received in damaged condition through the submission of a Request for Merchandise Return Form. Damaged goods must be returned to Well Flow Products within thirty (30) days of delivery.

 

**[Any damaged goods received upon delivery must be first notified to the Carrier before submitting a request form. It is important that you do NOT accept any damaged goods.]

 

Goods Received in Error: Well Flow Products must be notified within five (5) business days of any goods shipped in error through the submission of a Request for Merchandise Return Form. Such goods must be returned uninstalled and in new condition. The goods must be returned to Well Flow Products within thirty (30) days of delivery.

 

Other Returns: A request to return new undamaged goods must be made to Well Flow Products within thirty (30) days of delivery through the submission of a Request for Merchandise Return Form. The goods must be returned in uninstalled and new condition. Return requests received more than thirty (30) days after delivery will not be accepted.

**The costs of return shipping and a 20% restocking fee will be charged to you on all returned goods other than when: (I) we ship you the wrong goods, or (II) you receive goods in damaged condition.

All returns require a return authorization number (“RMA#”) that will be provided to you by email along with a return shipping label (if eligible) following receipt by Well Flow Products of a properly completed Request for Merchandise Return Form. Returns without an RMA# will not be processed. All return authorizations are subject to review and approval by wellflowproducts.com.

For items subject to a warranty claim, you should first contact Well Flow Products at orders@wellflowproducts.com.
